Take a sufficient quantity of oil and warm it slightly before use. Apply evenly over the affected muscles, joints, or areas of stiffness and massage gently using circular and longitudinal strokes for approximately 10–15 minutes. Allow the oil to remain on the skin for some time after massage; warm fomentation may be followed if advised by an Ayurvedic physician. For Panchakarma procedures or specialized Ayurvedic therapies, use only under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. For external use only unless otherwise specified on the product label.
