Take a sufficient quantity of oil and warm it slightly before application. Apply evenly over the affected muscles and joints and massage gently using circular and longitudinal strokes for approximately 10–15 minutes. Allow the oil to remain on the skin for some time after massage for better nourishment, followed by a warm bath or mild fomentation if advised. It may be used regularly for Abhyanga (Ayurvedic massage) or as directed by a qualified Ayurvedic physician. For external use only unless the product label specifically states otherwise.
