Take a sufficient quantity of oil and warm it slightly before application. Apply evenly over the affected muscles, joints, lower back, or lower limbs and massage gently using circular and longitudinal strokes for approximately 10–15 minutes. Allow the oil to remain on the skin for some time after massage for better nourishment and relaxation. Warm fomentation may be followed if recommended by an Ayurvedic physician. For sciatica, persistent pain, cramps, or use in Panchakarma and allied Ayurvedic therapies, follow the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.
